This project was developed by the Dongyiwan Group and is located in Shunde District, Guangdong Province. Surrounded by abundant resources, the site boasts rare river views, premium facilities, convenient transportation, and an exceptional environment.

The planning fully integrates the site’s existing conditions, guided by design concepts such as "revitalization and mixed-use community," "combining the old with the new," "merging contemporary and traditional elements," and "balancing high and low." The vision is to transform the Dongsheng Village area into an aspirational, elite-owned, high-end composite community that integrates environment, living, working, education, art, fashion, sports, and commerce.
