This project is located by the river in Shuibian Town, on the banks of the Lianjiang River, surrounded by mountains, rivers, forests, fields, natural hot springs, and red tea, offering abundant core resources. We have thoroughly studied the needs of our target audience, integrated local resources, and introduced Italian culture, aiming to create a high-end resort destination that combines natural beauty, spiritual healing, and the charm of Lake Como. The design encompasses planning, architecture, landscape, and interiors. We have carefully studied the terrain, topography, and hydrological features, developing the area in accordance with its natural conditions and zoning. The area includes a bamboo forest tent hotel, a manor hotel, a hot spring hotel, a Michelangelo hotel, a castle hotel, tree-top villas, lakeside manor hotels, and an art museum, featuring various themed landscapes, activities, and venues. Guided by the philosophy of “a sanctuary for the soul, a beautiful resort destination,” we aim to create a resort area that showcases local cultural features while offering an immersive experience of Lake Como’s charm, providing every guest with a unique and exceptional vacation experience.
