This project was an office design competition organized by MillerKnoll, with approximately 160 design teams from around the world participating. We aimed to comprehensively elevate the traditional office environment, creating a flexible, relaxed workspace immersed in nature. We applied this concept extensively across various office scenarios. Therefore, a typical office floor plan was selected to propose relatively broad design strategies, avoiding over-customization and extensive hard renovations. This ensured maximum layout flexibility, abundant natural surroundings, and the use of natural materials—aligning seamlessly with MillerKnoll’s design strategy: Design with Impact — well-being, connection, and transformation. Moreover, this proposal will evolve into rich, diverse expressions and continuous changes, shaped by the diversity and involvement of its users, along with corporate growth and technological advancements. Ultimately, Team W+W achieved fourth place.
