The site is located at the Desheng River converging at the Pearl River. The riverside of this project has been filled up with dull residentials, intimidating urban texture, and a demand for public spaces. Our client hopes this project could improve the city image, provide quality spaces and become a landmark of Shunde.

We elevated the ground floor because of the limitation of land, and provide a sports park with a site coverage for more than 10 thousand square meters. The citizens will receive a vibrant public space which was designed by setting different structures, emphasizing involvement, engagement and social features according to the topography.

There is a sky lounge and club on top of the two office buildings where users could enjoy the unique city landscape and Desheng river scenery, which will become a city landmark.

This urban mixed-use complex has two main themes of food and sports, consisting retails, offices, hotels, apartments and sports parks.
